Parents can now complete registration at home and avoid most of the first day of school paperwork that is sent home with your child. Registration is required for new and existing students.

Bids must be mailed or delivered to Superintendent Anna Shepherd, Floyd County Board of Education, 442 KY RT 550 Eastern, Kentucky 41622. All envelopes must be sealed and clearly be marked on the outside of the envelope, BID: SCHOOL PICTURES. Bids will be accepted until 4:00 p.m. April, 17th 2023 EDT, and will be opened at 5:30 p.m. EDT, Thursday, April, 17th 2023 at the Central Office located at the contact address listed above.

Any 8th-12th grade student who is interested in the Floyd County School of Innovation and the pathways they offer, should use the following link to apply. The deadline for application is April 7th at midnight.

The Floyd County Board of Education (herein after called the Board of Education) will receive sealed bids for the items and or services listed herein. The Floyd County School System is happy to announce that the Floyd County School of Innovation has received one of only ten $10,000 grants awarded by the Infosys Foundation.
